At Mid Atlantic Fence Supply, we strive to provide high-quality fencing materials and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations or requirements. Therefore, we have established the following return policy to ensure a hassle-free experience for our valued customers.

Returns Eligibility:

• 30-Day Returns: Fencing materials can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the fencing materials must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition. They should be free from any damage, including scratches, dents, or modifications. Materials must also be returned in the clean condition in which they were originally sold.
• Proof of Purchase Required: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
• Full Sections Only: Mid Atlantic Fence Supply only accepts returns of entire sections.
• Inspection: We will inspect materials and approve all return requests.

Exclusions:

• Custom Orders: Custom or special-order fencing materials are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee:

• 25% Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be required for all returns.
